Katy Cook, human resources manager for Wallside Windows, noted that “A lot of our employees have worked in a factory setting prior to joining Wallside - or they come to us with experience in related roles that do require manual labor, like construction, restaurant industry work.”

Jobs in our Wallside Windows Factory place employees in the position of working on the production of windows, frames or doorwalls. The positions involve the safe use of tools and machinery. Standard hours in The Factory are 5 a.m. to 1 p.m. weekdays with some Saturday hours or overtime. Additional opportunities may be found in the Receiving Department, where employees primarily receive and manage inventory.

The job openings at Wallside Windows range from General Laborers to Installers to office-focused positions in Customer Service, requiring excellent customer service and communication skills. From an experienced Salesperson to a Processing Coordinator, many positions requiring high attention to detail to manage sales contracts for Wallside. 

“Our office positions are administrative in nature and we do look for candidates with prior experience in a business setting,” added Cook. “We place a heavy emphasis on accuracy, speed, attention to detail, communication and customer service.

“Overall for any open position, we are looking for candidates who demonstrate the skills to perform the job, bring a great attitude as a team player and an excellent work ethic that aligns with Wallside’s values of Quality, Service and Teamwork.”
